My Mummy's Pennies: Celebrate World Breastfeeding week and #win!

As you may know the 1st to the 8th of August this year is World breastfeeding Week 2013. Although my breastfeeding journey with my daughter ended last year after 23 happy months when my little lady self weaned, it is still something I feel strongly about about promoting. The way a mother feeds her baby is a personal choice and would never reassure someone into breastfeeding if that was not what they wanted to do. However I feel it is important that all mothers are making an informed choice and information and support is available to them if needed. WBW is all about making that information and support available to mother’s around the world.

I have written about my breastfeeding choices before and earlier this week I shared my experiences of breastfeeding and returning to work over on the Minene blog.
